We're seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Darwin team on a permanent basis, supporting the maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of our business infrastructure and systems.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delivering quality outcomes, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise environments.
Previous Experience preferred
* Systems Engineering experience maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing core infrastructure and system performance.
* Delivering technology implementations, service and project requests, and respond to Severity 2 and 3 incidents.
* Managing and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange (on-prem & cloud), MS Teams, and Microsoft System Centre environments.
* Acting as the Backup Principal, ensuring data protection, recovery testing, and backup system reliability.
* Designing, implementing, and administering VMware vSphere infrastructure solutions.
* Designing and supporting storage solutions using SAN technologies.
* Working across physical and virtualised platforms, supporting complex networking solutions.
* Applying Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned to ITIL v4.
* Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
* When required, perform activities after hours and participate in the on-call roster
