The purpose of this role is to maximise account selling opportunities ensuring maximum sales and distribution of PFD products across a portfolio of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Increase ranging in accounts to increase sales and profit
* Lead the collective sales achievement of agreed strategic, budget and profit targets
* Implement pro-active strategies to improve quality and efficiency of service
* Implement business plans aligned with company objectives
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to build business and account networks.
* Maintain a regular customer call routine and set promotional plans for full product range
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent analytical and planning skills
* Understanding of strategic selling skills and techniques.
* Sales acumen and understanding of merchandising imperatives
* Experience in a FMCG arena with 1-2 years in a management or key account role.
* Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
* Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to plan, implement and meet assignment deadlines.
