Job Title: Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a part-time Legal Assistant. This is a job share opportunity working 3 days (0.6) per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting correspondence, including amendments, documents and contracts
* Proactive management of diaries and emails
* Coordination of meeting/travel arrangements
* Liaising with clients & stakeholders, maintaining databases and key contact information
* Assisting with coordination of tenders & pitches
* Answering calls and monitoring emails
* File management, including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
* Coordinating end of month billing processes
* Client reporting and reconciliation of corporate expenses using accounting software
* General administrative tasks & other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a legal administration role
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* A strong understanding of MS Office applications
* An understanding of billing and financial processes
* A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative
