We are seeking a skilled Senior Governance Officer to lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality governance and secretariat services. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of key committees and decision-making forums, while fostering strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, policy frameworks, and governance structures. They will also possess relevant skills or related experience in a secretariat function, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and supervision to build and maintain a high-performing team aligned with NIAA values; overseeing professional secretariat services and corporate governance administration; managing stakeholder relationships; delivering expert advice on complex matters to the Executive; leading process improvement initiatives; coordinating workflow;
