About the Opportunity:
Manage, monitoring and reporting all aspects of the NSW Ambulance Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) ensuring the requirements outlined in the Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) Respiratory Protection Program are met. Provide high level advice on Respiratory Protection and Infection Prevention and Control to Senior Managers and the ASNSW Executive Team.
The RPP will involve the development and implementation of a fit testing program across NSW Ambulance and training Healthcare Workers (HW) on the potential risks of respiratory protection as part of mandatory Infection Prevention and Control education. Travel will be required to NSW Ambulance sites across the state to undertake fit testing and maintain data compliance in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
