Lead Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Account Management professional to oversee ongoing relationships and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of our cloud-based platform.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
* Manage the full post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding and product deployment through ongoing account growth, including quarterly business reviews and upsell opportunities.
* Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal technical and product teams based at HQ.
* Conduct regular business reviews, utilizing business intelligence tools to demonstrate platform impact and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver value to clients.
* Act as a consultant to your clients, sharing best practices and strategic insights to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
* MUST: Minimum 4 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
* MUST: Background in a tech B2B/SaaS environment, with strong technical fluency and ability to troubleshoot with clients.
* Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, including onboarding and business reviews.
* Possession of a passion for sports and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Nice to have: Experience in video content, media streaming, or social media, with a strong understanding of the sports industry.
