Our newly appointed Assistant Director will work alongside the Centre Director and leadership team to ensure best practices and the continued success of the centre.

**Our next leader will**:
- Work closely with our Centre Director on day-to-day operations
- Create positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families
- Leverage your experience as you float between rooms to develop and deliver high standards of educational programs
- Seek perspectives, actively listen, and take onboard feedback that further develops ideas or resolves any grievances
- Demonstrate that you are warm, compassionate, and gentle with your communication and have strong time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills
- Focus on quality improvement and supporting teams to understand and follow Green Leaves policies and procedures
- Display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being proactive and flexible with a mature approach
- Be available Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts between 6.30am and 6:30pm
**You will hold**:
- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
