About the Role
Join the MTA as a Student Services Administrator If you have admin experience in RTOs or GTOs, this is your chance to build your skills in a supportive team at our Royal Park office. You'll handle a variety of admin tasks, support our student services operations, and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
What You'll Do
* Provide professional and efficient admin support to the Student Services Team.
* Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries with a high level of customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and update our systems, including VETtrack.
* Assist with contract management, training plans, and compliance documentation.
* Support ad hoc projects as needed.
* Ensure compliance with WHS standards and contribute to a safe workplace.
* Collaborate with trainers, employers, and colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a similar admin role, ideally within an RTO or GTO is highly regarded.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive team approach.
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
