What You'll Be Doing:
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening operational excellence across Dulux Acratex manufacturing sites in Beverley, SA Epping VIC and Virginia, QLD. Partnering closely with production and site leadership teams, you will embed a strong continuous improvement mindset, equipping teams with the tools, capability and confidence to solve problems and improve processes every day.
This is a highly influential role where you will coach, guide and lead cross functional teams to deliver safer operations, improved quality, stronger responsiveness and sustainable productivity gains. What We're Looking for:
* An experienced continuous improvement professional with a minimum of 3+ years experience in manufacturing environments at a process level
* A confident coach and influencer who can motivate teams and build CI capability without direct authority
* Strong in problem solving, data analysis and root cause methodologies, with the ability to lead complex, cross functional projects
* Process focused and detail oriented, able to develop, document and standardise operating procedures while remaining pragmatic and flexible
* A values led leader who champions safety, quality and collaboration and genuinely cares about developing others and improving the business
