About the Position:
We seek an experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team at a prestigious venue in Katoomba, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and be able to provide exceptional hospitality service. They should be able to work independently at times as well as be part of a cohesive team.
* Deliver outstanding quality hospitality service
* Work across multiple outlets including cafe service, events & large functions
* Flexible availability during weekday and occasional weekend events
* Pride in presentation that reflects positively on the kitchen and team
Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

* Working understanding of Food Safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
