Product Strategist for Transactions and Savings
We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to join our Everyday Banking team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping propositions across key customer segments, driving improved customer experience and business growth.
About the Role:
The Product Strategist will develop customer segmentation strategies to support business objectives and align with customer needs. They will understand customer voice and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes.

* Understand customer voice and anticipate the impact of market trends and competitor activity.
* Identify opportunities to improve propositions supported by deep understanding of products and customers.
* Lead change in partnership with delivery teams and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings and processes.
* Lead regular reporting and insight generation across key customer segments, turning data into actionable strategies.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to improve segment definitions and measurement frameworks.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in product or strategy. A strong understanding of customer frameworks, customer journeys and value propositions is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to drive actionable insights.
