Position Overview
We're looking for a creative and experienced content designer who lives and breathes Chinese social media. If you have a strong visual eye, know what performs on Chinese platforms, and can turn ideas into engaging content quickly—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Create scroll-stopping short-form videos and static visual content for Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other digital channels
* Develop platform-native, trend-driven content that resonates with Chinese audiences
* Plan, schedule and manage content across channels
* Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life
* Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights
* Stay ahead of trends across Chinese digital platforms
Requirements
* Native or bilingual Mandarin, with good English communication skills
* Proven experience creating content for Chinese social media platforms
* Must include work portfolios (applications without this will not be considered)
* Strong design skills and visual storytelling skills
* Proficiency in Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
* Strong understanding of Chinese social media trends and user behaviour
* A good team player with a collaborative mindset and positive energy
Nice to Have
* Photography and video shooting skills
