* Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super

The Role:
* Work from home & visit clients in the region
* Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
* Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
* Perform discipline-specific assessments
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
* Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
* Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers
* Hybrid clinical role performing counselling (Psychologists & Rehab Counsellors)
* Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest)
The Ideal Candidate:
* AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA); or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
* 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates eager to transition into the industry welcome to apply!
