Your New Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high performing team in one of Sydney’s busiest retail destinations. This is a hands-on customer first role where you’ll lead by example, bringing energy, style and service to every interaction. Whether it’s styling a customer, managing floor operations or mentoring a team member - you’ll be at the heart of it all.
What You’ll Get Up To:
- Support daily store operations while delivering an elevated service driven customer experience
- Assist in leading a passionate team creating a cooperative and inspiring culture
- Contribute to visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
- Take initiative in training and developing team members through coaching and feedback
- Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Champion the brand ensuring every customer feels welcomed and styled with care
Experience Checklist:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or a senior team member ready for the next step
- A background in service-focused retail environments where you love getting to know your customers and make recommendations.
- Confident leadership skills with emotional intelligence and presence on the floor
Organised, proactive and able to balance operations with customer experience
- Passionate about styling, trends and creating memorable in-store experiences
