We are a high-quality, authentic full-service Italian restaurant situated in the heart of Fremantle. Our kitchen is where the magic happens, and we need talented chefs to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute new dishes based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
* Have input to the preparation and planning of new menus.
* Ensure that your section is clean, and prep is done in a timely and efficient manner.
* Stock ordering and control.
* Work with the team to produce a high quality of line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
* Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
* Any other duties required for a smooth operation of the kitchen and business.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience in fast-paced lunch and dinner service.
* Experience in fine dining.
* Knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine.
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
* Food Safety Certificate.
