We are seeking a passionate, energetic and adaptable LLND Trainer at our Caloundra campus to deliver foundational skills of language, literacy, numeracy & digital literacy to students with disabilities, delivered under the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program.

Your Role:
In this unique and rewarding trainer role, you will:
* Deliver tailored LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital) training to diverse learners, including those with low-level skills or learning barriers
* Create a fun, inclusive, engaging learning environment that fosters confidence, employability, and growth
* Complete PTA assessments (with training and support provided) and maintain accurate attendance records
* Support the rolling intake of students into the program and manage progress tracking and assessments.
What You'll Need:
* Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher in adult education).
* TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set (or willingness to pay for and obtain).
* Experience delivering training to diverse cohorts and the ability to apply a learner‑centred approach that adapts to varying LLN levels, learning styles and barriers.
* Energetic, fun, creative delivery style that keeps learners engaged
* Current Driver Licence, Working with Children (Blue) card, and ability to pass a National Police Check.
