(pro-rata) Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Temporary, full-time up to 12 months About the role As an Operational Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe and high-quality healthcare. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide compassionate customer service and care to patients, while carrying out important duties in phlebotomy, specimen collection, specimen management and administration. Using laboratory information systems, you will ensure patient and testing information is entered with accuracy and efficiency, contributing directly to the smooth operation of diagnostic services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the pre-analytical management of specimens, including receiving, sorting and preparing samples for analysis. You’ll also ensure that all specimens are stored and transported under the correct conditions, helping to guarantee accurate results that support timely diagnosis and treatment. With your attention to detail and strong commitment to quality service, you will also manage internal and external customer enquiries effectively, making a positive difference in both patient care and laboratory operations. About You You are a dedicated and professional individual who brings strong technical, interpersonal and organisational skills to support high-quality patient care. Experience in paediatric blood collection and data entry will be highly regarded.
