The Opportunity:
12-month Fixed Term contract on a Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
A team environment with ongoing support and training - we want to see you succeed
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries including reporting on misdirected freight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- We're looking for someone ready to jump in, work closely with a supportive team, and confidently engage with customers — both in person and over the phone.
- Previous experience in the transport industry is a plus, but not essential — we welcome those eager to learn and grow in a new career path
- Commitment to the Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite & Data Entry
- Strong verbal and written communication with a people-first approach
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
- A knack for staying organized and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
