IT Systems Engineer
to join our vibrant team.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to person for daily IT operations at Head Office. From managing network systems and hardware assets to leading end-to-end IT projects, you'll play a key role in driving tech innovation across Flynn ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily IT support: Windows, Office365 (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID), account management, hardware commissioning/decommissioning, and Jira Helpdesk.
Manage network systems: Meraki LAN/WAN, Wintel environments, remote desktop support, and software patching.
Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
Oversee hardware/software assets: imaging, configuration, inventory, warranty, and POS distribution.
Coordinate with vendors for tech support, procurement, and acquisitions.
Lead and contribute to IT projects from initiation to completion.
Administer Atlassian tools and maintain support documentation.
Manage inventory and stock levels using Freshdesk.
What We're Looking For
IT degree or 6–12 months' experience in a Windows/Office365 support role.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Monday.com (bonus!).
Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
