About the Role
The Business Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing contracts and facilities in line with OHS and operational needs. This includes collaborating with People & Culture and business units to develop, maintain, and implement systems, procedures, and schedules for all contract and facilities activities.
This role involves managing contractor induction, supervision, and performance, including inspections, audits, and issue escalation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating relevant systems, registers, and reports, as well as coordinating company-wide insurance and claims processes.
In addition, the Business Partnerships Manager will support CSR initiatives and statutory reporting, and perform general admin tasks such as ordering, invoicing, records management, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage contracts and facilities to ensure compliance with OHS and operational needs.
 * Develop, maintain, and implement systems, procedures, and schedules for all contract and facilities activities.
 * Manage contractor induction, supervision, and performance.
 * Maintain and update relevant systems, registers, and reports.
 * Coordinate company-wide insurance and claims processes.
 * Support CSR initiatives and statutory reporting.
 * Perform general admin tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Tertiary qualification in Business or similar, and experience in a contracts/facilities management Business Partner level position within a large, complex organisation. Contract Manager certification is desirable.
You will also require strong administration skills, including document management and record keeping. A strong track record of managing risk and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation, and policy related to key business contracts and facilities management is essential.
