The opportunity
How you will make an impact as a Home Support Worker
* You'll enjoy flexible hours, a small supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
* Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
* Support with personal hygiene and showering, grooming and dressing.
* Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
* Monitoring medication.
* Scheduling and attending appointments.
* Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.
What Your Compassion Looks Like
* As a compassionate and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service – ideally with experience in the health or aged care sector – you will bring:
* A warm and caring nature
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* A positive and practical attitude
* Strong communication skills
* A current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* WWVP Card WITH NDIS Endorsement
