As a Department Team Leader in Spotlight, you will head a specialized area of the store and support the Store Manager in reporting, sales assessments and strategy, team building and training, and stock management.
Working in a multi‐million‐dollar store, you will influence and grow sales and profit.
Role Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
* Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
* Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
* Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Lead by example in all areas
* High volume stock management
* Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
* Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
* Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong retail leadership experience preferred
* Time management skills
* Visual merchandising experience
* Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
* Having an owner's mindset for your department
* A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
* A resilient & innovative problem solver
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
