About the role
Alpha Allied Health is seeking experienced Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage Therapists to join our team working in the community across Adelaide. This is a contract role, offering adaptable work arrangements to balance your skilled and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
Conducting home visits to community clients in Adelaide. Predominately working with an adult to older-adult caseload in the Inner and Southern suburbs.
Conducting initial assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for community clients.
Implementing evidence-based interventions to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.
What we're looking for
Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and professional membership
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and AHPRA/ ESSA registration.
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Excellent clinical skills and a solid understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
