About the Role
Tec-NQ is seeking a creative and engaging Teacher to develop, deliver and assess ACARA and QCAA endorsed subjects contextualised to create employability and success for all learners. The suitably qualified applicant will join the academic team on a permanent basis as a Year 10, 11 and 12 Teacher teaching across the Year 10, 11 and 12 subject areas of English, Maths, Science.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Tec-NQ’s Trade Education Teams to understand the application of subject area content within the workplace and use that understanding to teach students how the skills are applied in the workplace.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
* Bachelor of Education qualification or equivalent.
* Experience in the development, delivery and assessment of year 10, 11 and 12 compulsory subject areas with the ability to adopt a multi-disciplinary approach to teaching and learning.
* Ability to use information technology in various formats and combinations to enrich and extend the learning opportunities of the students.
* Current Queensland Registered Teacher registration.
* Current C-Class Australian Drivers Licence.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the trade environment.
