We're now searching for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to build a new team in Oaklands Park, SA. In this on-site role, you'll lead 3 Participant Support Officers, ensuring they deliver high-quality, participant-centred support across phone, chat, and email channels.

What You'll Do
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our National Contact Centre to ensure exceptional service delivery across all communication channels.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of Participant Support Officers, fostering a positive, participant-focused culture.
* Drive strong performance across call volumes, lead follow-up, resolution rates, and data accuracy.
* Maintain compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness through accurate use of internal systems.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems, processes, and workflows support efficient service delivery.
* Support continuous improvement to enhance participant experience and operational effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 year's experience in a Team Leader role
* Ideally from a community services or employment services background
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting disadvantaged people.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
* Ability to confidently navigate multiple systems (intermediate in MS Office) and manage competing priorities.
* Experience in employment services or a related people-support sector (an advantage).
* A commitment to creating meaningful change in people's lives.
