We're urgently expanding the New Wave Care team and are looking for dedicated, compassionate female support workers who are ready to step into meaningful, community-based roles and make a genuine difference.
You're the perfect fit if you:
Have experience and strong knowledge in mental health support
Are calm, patient, reliable, and compassionate
Enjoy supporting participants to engage safely in the community
Are aged 25 years or older (as requested by the participant)
English is your first language(as requested by the participant)
Shifts required:
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
• Every second Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Consistent weekly hours available, with the opportunity for additional shifts for the right fit.

Certificate III (minimum)
Yellow Card
Blue Card
First Aid & CPR
Reliable, fully insured vehicle
Current Driver's License
