We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, solution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Real Assets Infrastructure and Portfolio Performance Group teams within Macquarie Asset Management.
This is a 12-month contract position.
What role will you play?
You will support the Real Assets Infrastructure and Portfolio Performance Group teams, managing complex calendars, organising travel, handling expense claims, onboarding and off-boarding staff, and supporting other ad-hoc projects.
You will coordinate team events and meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, and proactively anticipate the needs of the Executives you support.
What you bring
Experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and Zoom calls across multiple time zones
Expertise in booking and scheduling domestic and international travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure, managing a busy workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management
A flexible, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
