What you will do:
As Specialist Case Worker, you will support residents in a secure treatment centre in Ararat.
You will help keep people safe while guiding rehabilitation and daily routines.
You will:
* supervise and motivate residents using a therapeutic approach
* maintain a safe and secure environment through checks and monitoring
* support structured daily activities and group programs
* work with a multi-disciplinary team to guide treatment goals
* report incidents and track resident progress.
About you:
You have relevant experience or a qualification in a related field. You hold a current Victorian driver licence.
You should also have:
* ability to create a safe and rehabilitative environment
* sound knowledge of laws and procedures in the justice system
* skill to respond to complex needs with flexible support
* strong communication and teamwork skills.
