Most salespeople close deals. This role is about something better.
There are people right now who want to understand novated leasing. They have questions, they have numbers in their head, and they are not sure who to trust. You are the person who changes that. You take the confusion away, explain it properly, and help them make a decision they feel genuinely good about.
This is a new position at Enlist, created because demand is growing and the team needs someone who cares as much about the customer experience as they do about the conversion. If you have been in a sales role but kept noticing that doing right by the customer and hitting your numbers are not mutually exclusive - this will feel like it was written for you.

The Role
You will be the person customers speak to when they are trying to work out if a novated lease makes sense for them. Most of your time is split across four areas:
* Customer consultation and enquiry management - responding to inbound enquiries by phone and email, asking the right questions and explaining complex financial concepts in plain English
* Quote preparation and follow up - building accurate quotes and following up in a way that keeps momentum without pressure
* Lease conversion and processing - guiding customers through the finalisation process, making sure everything is thorough and correct from start to finish
* Relationship building - leaving every customer with the feeling that they were helped, not sold to, and making Enlist the name they recommend to their colleagues
You will work Monday to Friday from our head office, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Who We're Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you recognise yourself in most of the following:
* You communicate with warmth and clarity - people leave conversations with you feeling informed, not overwhelmed
* You listen more than you talk, and you ask good questions before jumping to answers
* You are comfortable with numbers and can work accurately in quoting tools and financier portals without needing someone to check your work
* You manage your time independently - you do not need oversight to get through a full day of enquiries and follow ups
* You are target and commission driven, but you will not cut corners to get there
* You have experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in financial services, salary packaging or novated leasing - though product training is provided and a strong track record in the right kind of sales is what matters most
And just as important, you are the kind of person who:
* Says what they mean and means what they say
* Gets their head down without needing a push
* Can have a laugh, but knows when to focus
* Does right by the customer even when the easier path is to just close the deal
