**Claims Management Professional**
Job Description
This critical role involves overseeing a portfolio of professional and financial risks claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions that adhere to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the lifecycle of professional and financial risk claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with the Service Standard requirements;
* Determine appropriate contract coverage, including indemnity, legal liability, and quantum issues;
* Coordinate with external service providers such as solicitors, brokers, investigators, and loss adjusters to facilitate effective claim resolution;
* Maintain accurate and realistic reserves/estimates on all claims to reflect ongoing costs and closely monitor significant estimate fluctuations.
Requirements

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex claims;
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams;
