We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Items of Interest function within our Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex logistics support and prioritizing resources to ensure mission readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collecting and analyzing data to identify program risks and create burndown charts.
* Managing Items of Interest from a logistics perspective, minimizing impacts to operational capability.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the Enterprise to develop solutions addressing challenges related to stock health.
* Facilitating and participating in regular meetings to gather data and deliver updates.
Candidates should possess:
* Proven experience in a complex, collaborative multi-organisational environment.
* Ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
* Background in technical or logistics fields.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.
* Relevant experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
* Prior experience with ADF Aviation in a technical or logistics role is highly desirable.
