Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step up, or a proven Project Director seeking a fresh challenge? Join a highly respected, locally focused project management consultancy with over 40 years of industry success and a strong industry presence.
With an impressive pipeline of Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail projects + more, our client is looking for a driven and capable individual to help lead project delivery and contribute to future business growth.
About The Role
Reporting directly into the National Director, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering complex projects while supporting strategic growth initiatives. The role will involve:
* Oversight of end-to-end project delivery
* Managing stakeholder relationships from early brief and design stages through to construction and handover.
* Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with leadership aspirations, looking to grow into a Director-level position with potential for equity/ profit share.
About You
You are an experienced client-side Senior Project Manager or Project Director with:
* Proven experience delivering projects independently ideally above $30M AUD in value
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Commercial acumen and an existing professional network.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude and passion for leading successful outcomes.
