Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management crew, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, including:
* Liaising with staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
* Developing and implementing training programs to improve staff skills and performance.
* Enhancing the guest experience through proactive problem-solving and communication.
* Assisting with inventory management and financial reporting as required.
