ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will act as the conduit between clients' business users and implementation teams. Your primary focus will be to lead multiple high-profile client work-streams, handling requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities.
You will also lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training. Additionally, you will serve as the primary client-facing expert in this role.
