We're looking for a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to ensure a smooth handover of vehicles and seamless communication between customers, dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies.

What do you do?
* Organise and confirm vehicle bookings, follow-ups, and new orders
* Manage inbound calls and email communications professionally
* Prepare invoices, warranty documents, and maintain records in internal systems
* Coordinate stock shipments and liaise with dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies
* Support team members and contribute to meetings as required
What do you need?
* 1 - 2 years' experience in admin, customer service, or call-centre roles
* Strong written and verbal communication skill
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high service standards
* Motivated, proactive, and a team player
