Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. As a HR Officer, you'll provide support to the HR team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality HR support, governance, reporting, and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative coordination and logistical support across HR programs policies and projects.
2. Prepare accurate professional HR correspondence reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Assist in compiling and coordinating information for audits reviews and group HR reports to ensure compliance and consistency.
4. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives relating to employee engagement diversity and inclusion recognition programs and systems improvements.
5. Assist with data collection analysis and HR reporting to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.
6. Conduct research on HR trends best practices and benchmarking to support the development of innovative effective people initiatives.
