The Opportunity

As a Retail Assistant you are our Beauty Advisors; you inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves. You will work across all departments—beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness—receiving onboarding training and continuous learning via our online platform and field trainers.

Essential Attributes

• Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment and listening to their unique needs.
• Be a keen observer of new products, the latest beauty trends, and techniques.
• Help customers discover the perks of our CRM program.
• Open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share with and learn from your team of Beauty Advisors.
• Open to participating in cross‐training and attending in‐store beauty expert training sessions.
• Passion for sharing knowledge with teammates and customers.
• Have previous sales experience in a retail or customer‐facing environment, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
