An exciting opportunity is now available for a Data Analyst within the Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) Capability Lifecycle Manager (CLCM) program based at Henderson WA. The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the initial development and ongoing management of the OPV SPO Data Analytics capability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maximise the use of the Data Management System (DMS) to enable data sharing across the Asset Class Enterprise to enable effective and efficient sustainment of the Arafura Class OPV.
- Establish a model for managing and maintaining the Arafura Class OPV Usage and Upkeep Cycle.
- Work with stakeholders to develop metrics used in performance assessment and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use a variety of analytics tools to analyse data and determine business performance.
- Transform raw data into insights, reports, charts, visualisations and forecasts.
- Gather and analyse data to determine priorities and set workflows.
- Establishes process and business to business rules between OPV SPO and Enterprise stakeholders for the access, aggregation of data.
- Assist with the development of OPV vessel and operational performance models capable of informing trade-offs and options analysis and assure alignment of the OPV utilisation and support system with the Operating and Support Intent.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Computer Sciences or other relevant technical discipline with minimum five (5) years' relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of extraction, transformation and upload of data from multiple sources.
- Proven experience in data analytics including experience in advanced analytics, AI and Digital Twin Modelling.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise grade business intelligence, data and analytics solutions using systems / services such as SQL Server, Azure services, and Power BI.
- Ability to build, adapt & maintain digital models of real-world assets to optimise their sustainment and usage.
- Previous experience in a collaborative enterprise environment.
