The successful candidate will oversee the strategic planning and execution of contract management strategies to achieve Council's service delivery goals and objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing contract management strategies
* Monitoring contractor performance and managing relationships
* Negotiating variations and claims
* Providing market insights and recommendations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
* Proven experience in managing complex contracts
* Relevant qualifications in Business Management or Contract Management
* Strong knowledge of contract management principles and Australian contract law
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
