About The Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities in Nowra.

Ideal Candidate
* NSW Driver License
* Previous experience in disability support or a related field
* Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
* A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
