About the Roles
As a valued Educator at our service, you'll work collaboratively to provide safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experiences that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0). You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and your team while contributing to an environment that supports growth, learning, and wellbeing.
We have permanent part-time and full-time positions available, with flexibility to support your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and implement high-quality learning experiences that are play-based, inclusive, and reflective of each child's interests and needs.
* Work as part of a team to maintain a nurturing and respectful environment.
* Assist in daily routines, supervision, transitions, and wellbeing practices.
* Contribute to meaningful documentation and reflections (Diploma Educators).
* Build relationships with families and collaborate to support each child's journey.
* Embed the National Quality Framework (NQF) and NSW Child Safe Standards into daily practice.

About You
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing safe, responsive, and engaging care.
* A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
* Understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child safety principles.
