We are currently looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Advisor to join our Central Queensland team on a Part Time Basis (3 days per week) for an Immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff. The successful candidate will also manage online training, employment compliance and provide support to the Franchise Manager with employee relations
Duties and responsibilities include
* Oversee the recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff
* Ensure employees remain compliant with checks, licences and qualifications
* Support staff with training and development
* Provide support to the Franchise Manager with employee related matters
* Any other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation
About you
* Planning, organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care or community health sectors
* Confident in use of the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Able to work effectively within a team environment
* Able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
* Able to problem solve with a CAN-DO attitude
* Previous customer service coordination experience in the health/aged care, not for profit, community services sector desirable
* Previous experience in Human Resources desirable
* Previous experience in a training environment desirable
What you will need
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
* Open class drivers licence
* Previous experience in the disability or aged care sectors in a similar role
* Knowledge of NDIS & Aged care standards
* Experience using AlayaCare (desirable)
* Human Resources experience (desirable)
* Training experience (desirable)
