Assist with clerical tasks related to developing and implementing action plans and programs.
Support presentations, public communications, research, and report preparation.
Assist with data collection, database management, and coordinate public education campaigns, outreach, engagement, and events.
Minimum Qualifications Education: Two-year College Diploma in Office Administration, Communications, Environmental Science, or related field.Experience: 1-2 years of related administrative experience; environmental or municipal experience preferred.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, GPS, and similar software.Licenses: Valid G or G2 Ontario Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.Physical & Cognitive: Must meet job demands.
Position Details Level 4 ($26.05-$29.99) of the OPSEU Salary Grid.
