About The Role

We're hiring permanent full‐time Customer Service Advisors to join our Melbourne‐based Contact Centre. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a high‐performing team supporting customers across phone, email and live chat. You'll manage both inbound and outbound enquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to Customer First & Last. You'll also work closely with teams such as Payments, Security and Safer Gambling to deliver accurate, compliant and customer‐focused outcomes. Rotating rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout peak sporting periods, including the AFL and NRL seasons. Please note: you must be available for 6 weeks of full‐time training starting Tuesday, 16th June (training includes Saturdays).
What You'll Do
* Support customers with betting enquiries across phone, email and live chat
* Resolve issues efficiently with a strong focus on accuracy and customer outcomes
* Maintain clear and detailed records in our customer systems
* Stay up to date with bet types, key sporting events and industry trends
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant customer experiences
* Take on additional responsibilities and upskilling opportunities as part of your development
What We're Looking For
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid working rights for full‐time employment
* Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantage
* Strong verbal communication skills for this phone‐based role
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, KPI‐focused environment
* Flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
* A team player who thrives in a fast‐paced, supportive environment
