An opportunity is available for a Service Administrator to join our QLD Service Team based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Service Manager – QLD, this role supports service operations by coordinating installations, assisting with scheduling, managing customer communication, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
This position suits someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate on-time delivery and installation of equipment to meet customer expectations Allocate jobs and liaise with a subcontractor network across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Northern NSW Prepare and issue customer quotations and arrange ordering of spare parts Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator and Service Manager Manage customer enquiries and provide timely updates on job progress Maintain accurate records and notes in SAP and the service team calendar Monitor and action the QLD Service inbox to ensure prompt responses Provide cover for the Service Coordinator when required Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards About You Strong administrative experience, ideally in a service or technical environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience highly regarded Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritise in a busy team environment We are interviewing immediately, so to be considered for this role APPLY NOW.
