We seek a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team player to join our newest property, Y Suites on Regent, on a full-time basis. Your energy and personality will help you connect with students and make their experience memorable.
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or front office roles, with strong communication, computer, and organizational skills, and a caring attitude. The role involves leasing and property management; holding a Certificate of Registration (NSW Fair Trading) is preferred but not mandatory, provided you're willing to obtain it if hired. We value resilience, supportiveness, a hands-on approach, and positivity. Even if you don't meet all criteria, your eagerness to learn the UniLodge way is important. This role could be a stepping stone to an exciting career.
This is a full-time position requiring a 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Customer Service Coordinator, your duties include but are not limited to:
* Managing front desk reception daily operations.
* Creating a friendly environment that offers exceptional customer service.
* Assisting prospective residents and visitors professionally and efficiently.
* Taking ownership of issues and resolving them thoroughly.
* Supporting residents with inquiries about their residency, studies, and wellbeing.
* Maintaining effective communication with property services.
* Monitoring and reporting safety and wellbeing concerns, escalating as needed.
* Fostering a team environment where colleagues support each other.
* Handling administrative tasks such as mail, filing, and correspondence as assigned.
Mandatory requirements include:
* Valid work rights in Australia and New Zealand
* National Police Check
* Working with Children Check (NSW)
