* Proven experience supporting Senior Executives, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
* Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
* A collaborative mindset, aligned with CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment
* A current Class C driver's licence and willingness to travel across the health service as required
