The Workforce Strategy Branch plays a key role in building the people dimension of Defence capability. The Organisation Design & Management Directorate (ODAM) works with the rest of Defence to effectively meet strategic and business objectives from a workforce standpoint.
This position involves building productive working relationships, achieving business objectives, and possessing strong written communication skills. Supervisory responsibilities also apply.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of optimal workforce planning, design and organisation
* Support integrated business areas in developing work value assessments, APS Job Family and position management
* Build and sustain effective working relationships
* Supervise others
Requirements:
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills
Experience in workforce strategy and planning
Understanding of organisational design and management principles
