Support Care Specialist
This role involves delivering high-quality care and support services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
We require our Support Care Specialists to be certified in Individual Support (CHC33015) or equivalent. Additional qualifications in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, and Disability Studies are highly desirable.
A key aspect of this role is providing intimate personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, and feeding. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with domestic assistance, such as household cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation of clients to appointments and social events.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive competitive remuneration, commencing at $29.85 per hour, exclusive of superannuation and casual loadings. Pay progression will occur after one year of service.
* Medication administration training is highly regarded.
* Candidates must be classified as a Health Partner A2 within the integrated living framework.
