We're a creative, fast-moving agency helping brands grow with smart strategy, sharp creative, and high-performance media across every platform that matters. Now, we're looking for a Mid-Weight Paid Performance Specialist who lives and breathes Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and great with Programmatic Display ads) to join our growing digital team.
About the Role
You'll be at the heart of our paid social campaigns, creating and optimizing Meta ads that don't just perform — they shine. We're after someone who loves the detail and the big picture: targeting, testing, tweaking, and celebrating every click, swipe, and conversion.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan, build, and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp
Develop audience strategies that hit the sweet spot (hello, laser-focused targeting)
Own campaign execution from setup to reporting
Analyse performance data and constantly test, learn, and optimise for better results
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and deliver thumb-stopping ad content
Stay ahead of Meta's ever-changing best practices, algorithm updates, and new features
Report wins and learnings clearly and compellingly to clients and the internal team
What We're Looking For:
3–4 years hands-on experience running Paid Social campaigns, particularly across Meta platforms
Solid knowledge of Ads Manager, Events Manager, and audience segmentation strategies
Experience with A/B testing, attribution tracking, and optimisation tactics
A data-driven mindset — you love diving into numbers and translating them into action
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus points if you've played around with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other social platforms too
